The NYC 9/11 Memorial & MuseumDedicated to the people who perished in the attacks of September 11th 2001, this thoughtful memorial sits on the hollowed ground where the twin towers once stood. The footprints of the buildings are now reflecting pools, surrounded by perpetually cascading water. Each impressive fountain bears the engraved names of those who died from the respective building, as well as victims from the Pentagon, Shanksville, PA, and the 1993 WTC attack.
Admission:The Memorial is free by reservation. Museum admission is Adults: $24; Senior (65+), U.S. Veteran & U.S. College Student: $18; Youth (7-17): $15; Children under the age of 6: Free; Museum Members: Free with valid membership
