The Heart of NY is Times Square

You see these famous streets and bright glowing lights every Rockin' New Year's Eve, but there's nothing quite like being here. Putting the heart in "I ♥ NY," Times Square is the most popular tourist destination world, attracting over 39 million people a year. Several blocks along Broadway near 42nd Street have recently been converted into a pedestrian plaza, making it easier for visitors to safely navigate the busy streets for photo-ops, boutique shopping, dining, and world-class theater.

Buying Tickets for Broadway Shows

The most secure way is to go to the theater of the show you wish to see, and buy tickets there. You can also call Telecharge (212-239-6200) or Ticketmaster (212-307-4100), or visit them online. Online tickets are a great option for reputable sellers as well, such as broadway.org, playbill.com, and theatermania.com. For discount same-day tickets, you can also go through TKTS at Broadway & 7th Avenue at 47th Street. Go to TDF.org to see what shows are available.
